Headteacher Leadership Development Programme 2018- Day 1
Interface are highly-experienced and expert team who have worked extensively to support leaders across the country in further developing their capacity and expertise. The Leadership Development Programme is a bespoke package created especially for us, ideally suited to leaders new to headship, or to experienced Headteachers taking on a new challenge or new role.
The programme consists of three days of leadership training in a small group environment, combined with a 90 minute face-to-face individual coaching session, with expert coach, Wendy Weal.
Well established research continues to highlight the importance of effective leadership in schools. The demands being made of all leaders is growing as Headteachers respond to national policy. Leading beyond your own setting is important, with the need to influence, engage and work collaboratively with others to maximise resources, reduce overlap and share knowledge to ensure the right services. This course aims to help leaders get under the skin of what leadership is about and is experiential and dynamic
