This session has been developed by the RBC H&S team as a follow on to the initial briefing in July 2015 (but attendance of the initial briefing is not a requirement to attend this workshop). The session will focus on the responsibilities and the role of the client. The H&S team aim to give delegates the information, knowledge and skills needed to work within the new CDM regulations 2015.
The workshop will define:
Within the workshop delegates will work through scenarios to help implement the knowledge gained.
- What a construction project includes
- Your duties as an employer (HSAWA)
- The role of the Duty Holders
- The different phases of construction within the context of the Regulations
